Top-Up Credit Balance & Wallet Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the Top-Up Credit Balance (“Credit”) and Wallet within our platform.

1. Definition

The Top-Up Credit Balance (“Credit”) refers to a stored value that users can use to make payments or purchases within our platform.
The Credit does not represent cash, deposits, or any form of e-money, and holds no monetary value outside of the platform.

2. Top-Up Transactions

Once a top-up transaction has been successfully processed, the corresponding amount will be reflected in your Wallet or Account Balance.
All top-up transactions are final and irreversible. No cancellation, reversal, or refund will be permitted under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, account suspension, termination, or inactivity.

3. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable

All Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Credits cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, bank transfer, or any other monetary equivalent.
Credits may only be used for eligible transactions made available within our platform.

4. Validity

Credits do not expire unless otherwise stated.
However, the Company reserves the right to suspend, adjust, or remove any unused Credits in cases of account misuse, suspected fraudulent activity, or violation of our Terms of Service.

5. Legal Disclaimer

By topping up your account, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The Credit Balance is not a deposit, is non-interest bearing, and is not protected by any financial institution.

  • The Company operates solely as a service provider, and is not a licensed financial institution, bank, or e-money issuer under applicable laws.

  • The Credit Balance functions solely as a prepaid value for use within the platform.

6. Changes to Policy

The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or revise this Top-Up Credit Balance & Wallet Policy at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website or mobile application.
